COVID 19-NYS Paid Leave

Please see attached on NYS Paid Leave for CV-19; revised to be active through July 31, 2025:

PaidFamilyLeave

  1. Employees are eligible for this benefit up to (14) paid days or (3) occurrences of CV-19, once exhausted illness accruals are to be used
  2. As of March 1, 2024, employees may return to work after a full (24) hour period passes where the employee is fever free, free of fever-reducing medication and has "overall improving symptoms"

Employees should notify Mr. Thomas Stack and their building Principal/Supervisor of illness and log the illness in AESOP for management if applicable.  Please affirm your illness in this form: NYS Paid COVID-19 Sick Leave Act Form January 2021-Further Notice
